Foam Cushions
Aerofoam provides CMHR foam (CNC cut or fabricated) to middle to top-end furniture manufacturers, with seat or back cushions that can be wrapped using Dacron and stockinette. In addition, we manufacture Feather wraps and Fibre Jackets - foam core with a channelled jacket of feather or hollow fibre. We also offer doming pad services to add branding and dimension to promotional products.
MoreFoam & feather wrap
Foam and feather wraps are a popular solution for adding extra comfort and support to upholstered furniture such as sofas, chairs, and cushions. A foam wrap is a layer of foam that is wrapped around the cushion core, providing extra padding and support. Feather wraps, on the other hand, are made from a blend of feathers and down, which provide a soft, plush feel to the cushions. The combination of foam and feather wraps can offer a luxurious seating experience while also ensuring that the cushions maintain their shape and structure over time.
Foam & Hollow Fibre Wraps
Foam and hollow fibre wraps are two types of materials used to add extra comfort to upholstered furniture. Foam wraps are layers of foam that are wrapped around the cushion core for added support, while hollow fibre wraps are made from synthetic fibres that provide a plush feel. These wraps are typically used in conjunction with other cushion materials to enhance their comfort and durability. Foam and hollow fibre wraps are popular choices for those looking to add extra cushioning to their furniture while maintaining its shape and structure over time.
MoreHollow Fibre Cushions & Scatters
Blown hollow fibre cushions and scatters are made from synthetic fibres that are blown into a cushion cover to create a soft, plump, and supportive cushion. These cushions offer excellent loft and resilience, making them a popular choice for those seeking a hypoallergenic and machine-washable cushion option. Blown hollow fibre cushions and scatters are available in various sizes, shapes, and densities, and they can be mixed and matched with other cushion styles to create a layered and comfortable look.
